Codarra’s ELA software sets the pace

Codarra Advanced Systems Pty Ltd has recently been awarded the contract to supply its Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA) software to Lockheed Martin as part of its Enterprise Information Systems Program.

Lockheed Martin has been using Codarra’s ELA software to support its C-130J program in the US for over two years and the software recently won the 2008 ACT Telstra Business Award for Innovation.

The Codarra ELA software tool allows aircraft designers and operators to accurately model and visualise the electrical loads within an aircraft, allowing for validation of planned changes and the construction of hypothetical scenarios to show the effect of those changes at different times of an aircraft’s flight.

Such modeling is extremely important to ensure that changes do not impair an aircraft’s system integrity and safety.

Codarra offers interested customers a free operational demonstration version of the ELA, which is currently undergoing operational trials by a number of major US and Australian-based aerospace and defence companies. Email info_ela@codarra.com.au for your copy.
