Metromatics unveils rugged panel PC
Australia faces a multitude of harsh conditions in different environments and finding a reliable PC product to operate in these conditions can be difficult.
Metromatics has a solution for computer/PC needs - the MetroSpec Rugged Industrial 12.1" Panel PC (Model MS12 1500PC).
The MS12 1500PC has been designed and manufactured to operate within these extremities while providing viewable and workable data under any environmental conditions.
It is made from a sealed IP66, marine-grade aluminum with a machined front, bezel, and comes with corrosion protection.
It is capable of operating at temperatures from -30°c to 70°c.
The Embedded PC consists of an Intel 1.1 GHz Atom processor, 1GB RAM, CF Card Slot with a Capacitive Touch Screen (others available on request).
The real draw-card is the brightness that this product provides - 1500 Nits High Bright LED Backlight - providing an enormous viewing angle on the 12.1" Screen, quick response speed and the option of anti-reflective glass - ideal for direct sunlight environments.
Other features of the MS12 1500PC include various mounting options, input/output connectors, speakers and many more.
