Extended range of Pelican protective cases

Pelican Products' range of protective cases has expanded since its acquisition of Hardigg Industries at the end of 2008.

Hardigg, originally the world's largest manufacturer of roto moulded shipping cases, was the first company to manufacture an airtight, watertight and virtually indestructible protective container.

Hardigg also produced the Storm Case line of injection moulded protective cases.

As a result of the partnership, Pelican now offers product groups including Pelican Cases, Pelican Storm Cases, Pelican-Hardigg Cases, and Pelican Advanced Lighting Systems.

Built with engineering-grade polymers, Pelican Cases are among the toughest on the market and offer over 40 models to protect sensitive equipment of all sizes.

Pelican Cases are watertight and feature a fully stackable, trademarked "Dual Band" design.

Engineered for extreme, military and industrial applications, Pelican Storm Cases are built from Pelican's patented HPX high-performance resin, which makes them lightweight, and virtually indestructible.

All 23 models feature the company's Press & Pull latches.

Pelican-Hardigg Rackmount Cases offer light to extreme duty protection for hard drives and servers.

Removable lids on both ends allow rapid access to rear connections and front controls.

Pelican Specialty Products include portable Field Desks, Medical Chests with metal drawers and dividers to keep medical supplies safe and organised, and 463L Pallet-ready cases.

For protecting personal gear, Pelican footlockers and trunk lockers are lightweight and lockable.

Pelican case products meet a number of stringent military requirements including MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-2073, ASTM 4169, DC18, Def Stan 81-41 Level J, STANAG 4340 and ATA300 specifications.
