Hagenuk Marinekommunikation rolls out cutting edge naval communications technologies

Hagenuk Marinekommunikation GmbH (HMK), through Australian agents SYSTECH Consultants, has been awarded a number of significant contracts which feature cutting edge communications technology including:

  • Integrated Communication Systems for German 2nd generation U212A class submarines with NCW capability
  • Integrated Communication Systems for the new German Combat Support Ship of the Berlin Class with unrivalled NCW and command capabilities
  • Key components for the new software defined tactical radio program of the German Forces (SVFuA)
  • Software defined HF radios with 3rd generation ALE capability for NATO ground stations
  • New touch screen controlled voice user terminals fitted with ISDN, IP and analogue voice interfaces for parallel application and supplied for integrated radio / tactical internal communications and sonar monitoring onboard of the Walrus Class submarine of the Royal Dutch Navy.
  • HMK’s local Australian agents Systech Consultants Pty Ltd have secured a contract for the supply of military software defined HF radios with native DSC Controllers / Watch receivers for GMDSS purposes. The equipment will form a part of the communications system in the Customs and Border Protection Cape Class Patrol Boats.
