Banksia offers H1N1 rapid-result test

Banksia Scientific is geared up to supply the SD Bioline Influenza A H1N1 Pandemic test, a rapid-result test which targets the Influenza Virus Antigen (early stages of infection).

The kit can be stored at room temperature and is ideal for early diagnosis amongst troops stationed in remote regions.

Banksia says H1N1, or swine flu, is expected to make a return this flu season, with the possibility of mutated strains resistant to Tamiflu.
